We are knowledgable in Linux and Mac operating systems as well.  Our service techs are also laptop repair specialist; Network System Installers and Home Theater instalation specialist. Some of our techs have worked hand in hand with our military through DOD classified Engineers, ISO acessors, Nasa Product Manufacturers, and numerous schools churches and civic organization.

That's right!  We do NOT charge you a markup on parts.  When we order parts for your computer, we bill you our direct cost!  No upcharge, no "commission".  Our only bill to you is for the time spent on the repair.

A slow running computer can be the result of many things from viruses to insufficient RAM.  Viruses we can remove, and a simple RAM or memory upgrade can give your computer processor and operating system "more room to breath".  Because there are so many different kinds of RAM, we can custom order the exact kind you need, and install it when it comes in.
